Welcome to our vacation rental and homeexchange pages!

And now, a brief introduction to ourself. We are Laura and Claudio a couple in our fifty with two student sons.

I myself am an IT consultant and my wife is a High School Teacher.

We have the fortune of living in Italy and of owning some characteristics houses in different areas of our Country. That are in part legacies from our Families, in part the result of our acquisitions.

We use our houses/apartments for our vacations, but few years ago we have started in exchanging them and it has been a success: we quickly received a lot of requests from almost everywhere in the world!

Unluckily we work to maintain us and we have few time for our vacations, so we were obliged to regret the most of them. But someone insisted and asked to us at least to rent them: we tried it and the results were fine. We have met almost every time open minded and interesting people, with some of them we have developed friendship and, last but not least, we earned some money from our real investments: maintaining houses is expensive everywhere!

So we decided to construct these web pages: if you are interested into exchanging your home and/or rent some vacation apartment in Italy, you may write us and make your proposal/request or simply post a comment.

What We Offer

We are offering our vacation house/apartments in three different areas of Italy: northern Tuscany (PONTREMOLI's apartment, Rome area (SEGNI's apartments) and Abruzzo National Park (PESCASSEROLI's house) , between Rome and Naples.

All the houses are in ancient buildings in characteristic and charming italian villages. Pontremoli, Segni and Pescasseroli that you may explore and know in the specific following  informative pages.

We think that each of them is someway "a special" place for the location, the history the character of the people living there, the attractions itself in the village and in the surroundings: castles, seashores, monuments, views, wildlife.....and, last but not least, good and genuine italian food.
